We are now pleased to offer a Collection and Delivery Service for new and existing customers.
Call us on 01283 500530 to book a 2 hour collection slot, you will soon be able to book a slot online.
Collections slots are available between 10am and 7pm Weekdays and Saturdays between 10am and 5pm.
We often find that people are unable to bring their Computers to us and this can be for a variety of reasons.
- The Customer doesn't have any transport.
- The Customer might not want to lift the Computer, especially if it has to be carried down some stairs.
- The Customer might be unsure about unplugging all the cables.
- And of course they might just not want the hassle.
Choices
- Standard or Premium Service.
- Collect from Home, your Neighbour's home or your Workplace.
- Same Day Service for Collection or Delivery.

Type of Service

For Standard Collections you need to have the PC unplugged and near the main entrance ready for our Engineer to box up.
When our Engineer returns, the PC will placed back by the main entrance ready for you to plug back in yourself.

For Premium Collections our Engineer will unplug the PC for you and carry it out from where ever it is in the house or business premises.
When our Engineer returns, the PC will be carried back into the building, plugged back in and turned on.

| Same Day Service |
For urgent Collections or Deliveries we can offer a same day service for an Additional £40.
Please note that due to the varying nature of Computer problems we cannot guarantee that the work will be complete on the same day that it was collected.
